At Viking® Wear Online, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and unworn.

In original packaging with all tags, labels, and documentation.

Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Flame-resistant clothing once worn.

Protective gloves, apparel and footwear that have been used.

Embellished items.

Clearance or final sale items.

Cleaning products or consumables once opened.
3. Return Process

You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
