Domestic (Canada & USA): Standard delivery 3–10 business days depending on location.

International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

Orders $100 or greater (pretax) are eligible for free shipping.

For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for these charges, which are not included in product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Risk of Loss & Damage

All orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from our warehouse. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain regions.
